Metabox
From the ashes of Amiga Technologies, PIOS Computers were formed. Their goal: to port the AmigaOS and provide a clear transition to PowerPC hardware. They did not accomplish this goal, but their influence can still be traced in the AmigaOne. At 12:15 on Sunday September 1st, 2002, Judge Dr. Dieter Klass arranged the opening of the insolvency procedures for the company.
